ABOUT

Sheryl Sahni is an independent curator and art professional from New Delhi, working at the intersection of community, culture, and care.

With a Master’s degree in Arts Politics from Tisch School Arts, New York University and a BA in Political Science from Delhi University, her practice spans exhibition-making, programming, writing, and research, all rooted in a desire to build meaningful conversations between artists and audiences.

There’s a strong belief in creating space for emerging voices, collaborative processes, and ideas to unfold outside the usual white walls. She brings deep empathy to mentoring and project management, helping artists grow and experiment beyond conventional formats.

When she’s not curating, Sheryl quietly turns to dance and writing, a practices that keep her connected to process, intuition, and play. These personal explorations often feed back into her work, adding layers of texture and perspective.

Her ongoing interest in archives, access, and audience centric design continues to guide her curatorial vision - one that sees art not just as something to be presented, but something to be felt, shared, and remembered.
